Monthly assessments consist of a very friendly and discreet 30-minute consultation when we discuss achievements made toward your goals, fitness, cardio, strength, weight, nutrition, rest, supplements, and address any questions you may have or suggestions that I may make. New training techniques and workouts will be continuously implemented and alternated to achieve maximum results.
